The site must have some sort of automated or semi-automated process for scraping key terms associated with the domain name.
If entirely automated, I think it's weird indeed that "Curtis" should be one of the primary terms found in association with "5GW."
Alternatively, if semi-automated, there's the possibility that whoever owns or manages the domain may have a process for inputing key terms into a database or list that is then used for constructing the menu and links; in which case, whoever has done that may have visited the site or found the site through searches and chose "Curtis" as a key term. Perhaps as a joke.
